Many of you know of Tommy, Lawyer.se’s founder, and Annette Stavenow, the firm’s president. Now, it’s time to get acquainted with one of our board members — Birgitta Hellsing. We sat down with her for a quick Q&A.
Birgitta, what do you do for the board?
My area of expertise is human resources, but I, of course, also contribute to the growing the company more broadly.
What’s your best Lawyer.se memory?
Two years ago, the entire company went to Belgium, and it turned out to be quite a culinary trip (I love good food). I have a lot of strong memories from that trip, and it really strengthened the bonds between everyone on the team.
Why do you believe Lawyer.se’s work is important?
We help our clients avoid bad deals. By using our legal knowledge and experience to protect our clients’ interests, our work creates a safer business environment.
Do you have any fond videogame memories?
I’ve played my fair share of PacMan. I also have many nice memories from this year’s Nordic Game Conference.
What have you learned from serving on the board of a company that works with videogame law?
That this industry is full of wonderful, warm and inclusive people. It has been a joy to discover the positive and engaging sense of community in the videogame industry.
What are you looking forward to, personally or with Lawyer.se, Birgitta?
