{"id":5488,"date":"2025-03-11T14:18:52","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T13:18:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lawyer.se\/?p=5488"},"modified":"2025-12-21T01:51:27","modified_gmt":"2025-12-21T00:51:27","slug":"lawyer-ses-videogame-is-live","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lawyer.se\/es\/lawyer-ses-videogame-is-live\/","title":{"rendered":"Lawyer.se&#8217;s videogame is live!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We\u2019ve talked about it for some time, and now it\u2019s here: the official Lawyer.se videogame!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commissioned by Lawyer.se and created by a group of talented students at \u00c4delfors Folkh\u00f6gskola (Folk High School in English),&nbsp;<em><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/lawyer.se\/superlawyer\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Super Lawyer<\/a><\/em>&nbsp;is a puzzle game where players get to follow two superheroes who travel across the globe to help clients with their legal problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The game takes players from \u00c5re, Sweden, to New York and Buenos Aires. With them, they have their sidekicks \u2014 two cute dogs \u2014 who are there in case the player needs some help.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Super Lawyer<\/em>&nbsp;began in the Indie Game Studio course at \u00c4delfors Folk High School. Three groups of students were allowed to create a mockup of what a Lawyer.se videogame could look&nbsp;like,&nbsp;based on the firm\u2019s values and mission. Once one of the mockups was selected, all students in the class collaborated to bring the game to life.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Late last year, we spoke to Jessica Lycker, teacher and course leader of the Indie Game Studio course at \u00c4delfors Folk High School, who told us that the project benefited the students.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSome students want to start their own studio, while others want to find a job at an established studio or further their education in a vocational program. If that\u2019s the case, it\u2019s beneficial to have worked on a real-life case like this for a company,\u201d she said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In February, we also caught up with Fredrik Nilsson, a student at \u00c4delfors Folk High School and project manager on the first stages of the project. He shared how the team came up with the idea for the game:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe had a few themes that are core to Lawyer.se\u2019s mission, like excellence, honesty, timely, safety and inclusive, that we knew we wanted to incorporate,\u201d he said. \u201cWe also knew that Lawyer.se is a global brand and that the people playing this game might not all be seasoned gamers, so we wanted to create something that was easily recognizable, both in graphic style and in what the player is supposed to do. So, we ended up with a story largely advanced through puzzles, with the aesthetics of a superhero world like Marvel or D.C. Comics.
